Balsamic Vinegar Tasting Workshop

✨Join us for a journey into the world of Aceto Balsamico/Balsamic Vinegar. It is an intensely-flavoured vinegar made of grape must and originated from Italy. With salad & vegetables, roasted meat, or even macerated fruits, you can always use this condiment.

We are happy to have our expert Mr. Averardo Borghini Baldovinetti, the Managing Director of Vino e Finanza HK Ltd and the owner of Tenute San Fabiano, to guide us through this unique workshop and tasting, where you will have the chance to:

✅ Learn the history of Balsamic Vinegar
✅ Find out about the production and making process
✅ Explore the difference between classic vinegar and Balsamic Vinegar
✅ Have a taste of different types and years of Balsamic Vinegar with some food pairing
